Vert MPV accommodates groups of 6 to 8 passengers in a Mercedes EQV, V-Class, or e-Vito. Ideal for family transfers, corporate groups, airport transfers with luggage, and event transport. Spacious seating, large luggage capacity, and climate control included. WiFi available on request at no extra cost.
Yes. Complimentary child seats are available on request at the time of booking. Vert provides infant carriers (0-15 months), forward-facing seats (9 months to 4 years), and booster seats (4-12 years), all compliant with local safety regulations. Please specify your child's age and weight during booking.
Yes. Pets are accommodated on request when specified during booking. Small pets must travel in carriers; larger dogs may travel in the boot area or in an MPV under owner supervision. Assistance animals are always accepted and do not require prior notice, though advance notice is appreciated to ensure appropriate vehicle allocation.
Yes. A Vert account is required to complete a booking. An account allows Vert to send you booking confirmations, provide chauffeur details, process payment securely, and keep a journey record for your reference. Creating an account takes under two minutes - simply enter your mobile number to receive a verification code and complete your details.
Yes. Once your chauffeur is on the way, live tracking is available in the Vert app. You can also share your live ride progress with others by tapping "Share Ride" and selecting who to send it to.

Yes. Signed-in users can select a previously assigned chauffeur when making a new booking, subject to that chauffeur's availability at the requested date and time. Vert will prioritise preferred chauffeur requests where possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If your preferred chauffeur is unavailable, a fully vetted alternative will be assigned.
