1. No charge if:

- a. The order is cancelled by you within 2 minutes from the ordering time
- b. The order is cancelled if the Driver is not moving towards your location
- c. The Driver has cancelled or requested a cancellation
- d. If you request a different service than the original ordered

2. Charge if:

- 1. The order is cancelled by you after 2 minutes from the ordering time for any of this reasons:

a. I changed my mind .............. £7 standard cancellation fee will apply
b. I can’t find my driver ........... £7 standard cancellation fee will apply
c. Other .................................... £7 standard cancellation fee will apply

If the order is made to or from an airport ......... £10 airport fee will apply.

- 2. The order has been cancelled by Vert automatically after 10 min waiting time

   £7 standard fee + £0.35/min after 5 min
   £10 airport fee + £0.35/min after 5 min

- 3. The order has been cancelled by the Driver for the following reasons:

a. Client very rude or aggressive or not fit for travelling

   £7 standard fee
   £10 airport fee

b. Driver has cancelled after 5 min waiting time

   £7 standard fee + £0.35/min after 5 min
   £10 airport fee + £0.35/min after 5 min

c. Client unreachable

   £7 standard fee
   £10 airport fee + £0.35/min after 5 min

1. If you cancel with more than 24 hours from your booking time than no fee should be applied to your account

2. If you cancel with more than 3 hours from your booking time but less than 24 hours

   50% of standard fee quoted
   50% of airport fee quoted

3. If you cancel with less than 3 hours from your booking time for any reason

   100% of the total value of the ride**

4. If the order has been cancelled by the Driver for the following reasons:

- Client very rood or aggressive or not fit for travelling

   100% of the total value of the ride**

- Driver has cancelled after 15 min waiting time

   100% standard fee + £0.35/min for any additional waiting time

- No show fee - Driver has cancelled after 15 min waiting time and the client has not arrived or informed or communicated with the driver of any possible delays.

   100% standard fee + £0.35/min for any additional waiting time

* Client can dispute the charge for the cancellation fee (max 7 days from the booking date)
